Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, getting a 64.8 score against 60.8. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has older 4.0.4 version and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has Android 4.1.2 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 body is a little bit lighter and noticeably thinner than the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, even when they were released only a few months apart.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has an extra graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a little bit larger display, a higher 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a little bit more pixels per inch of display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because although it has a SD card slot that holds up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 features greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has 5100mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 have very similar cameras, they have a 3 mega-pixels back facing camera, the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 costs more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
