Asus VivoTab RT is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, having a 61 score against 58.8. The Asus VivoTab RT design is newer and just a little thinner, but somewhat heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. The Asus VivoTab RT has Windows RT OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with Android 4.0 OS.
Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a bit more vivid display than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little greater pixel number in each screen inch. The Asus VivoTab RT has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a larger number of cores.
Asus VivoTab RT captures much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a camera in the back with a lot better resolution. The Asus VivoTab RT counts with a way bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has more internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a really longer battery lifetime than Asus VivoTab RT.
