Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a general score of 69.2, which is better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's 58.8 overall score. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0 version, offering some nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0's design is newer, incredibly lighter and a bit thinner than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE.
