Galaxy Tab S8 has a global score of 76.7, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's global score of 58.8. Galaxy Tab S8's construction is way newer and noticeably thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's, although it is a little heavier. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab S8 has the newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0.

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a way worse count of pixels per screen inch, a quite smaller screen and a way lower 800 x 1280 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a much greater processing power than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has less CPU cores.
