Comparison review
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a score of 62.3, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab 8.9's global score of 58.1. Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 is a thinner and much lighter tablet than Galaxy Tab 8.9. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has the newer 4.4 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0, so it provides you a lot of extra features.
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better 1920 x 1200 resolution and a lot better number of pixels per inch of display. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a very superior CPU than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has an additional graphics co-processor and a larger number of cores (and also faster). The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a back facing camera with a way better 5 mega pixels resolution.
The Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a much better battery lifetime than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4060mAh.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 not only is the best tablets in our current comparison, but it's also cheap compared to the other tablet.
