Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is a bit better than the Asus VivoTab, having a score of 58.1 against 57.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is a noticeably lighter tablet device than the Asus VivoTab, but they are 0.34inches thick. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 OS, while Asus VivoTab counts with Windows 8 OS.

Asus VivoTab features a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 8.9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab also has an additional GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a more vivid screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a little bit worse 800 x 1280 resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a higher display density.
