Comparison review
HTC Jetstream is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9, getting a 63.6 score against 58.1. The HTC Jetstream construction is extremely heavier and thicker than Galaxy Tab 8.9. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but HTC Jetstream has 3.1 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 version.
The HTC Jetstream features a quite better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the HTC Jetstream also has a graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a slightly better looking display than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a little bit higher screen density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 features just a bit more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The HTC Jetstream shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with a lot higher 8 MP resolution.
The HTC Jetstream features improved battery life than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has 7300mAh of battery capacity against 6000mAh.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the HTC Jetstream is also cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, making it a simple decision.
