The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a score of 62.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9's 58.1 general score. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a newer tablet than Galaxy Tab 8.9, although it's much heavier and somewhat thicker. These devices work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has a newer 4.0 version and Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 version.
