IPad Air 2 is an extremely older and heavier tablet device than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), but Apple was able to build it noticeably thinner anyway. IPad Air 2 comes with iOS 8.x operating system, while Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) counts with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.
Apple iPad Air 2 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a much better resolution of 2048 x 1536px, a better quantity of pixels per display inch and a larger screen.
