The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is better than Asus Fonepad Note 6, with a general score of 68.3 against 58.7. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a noticeably heavier but somewhat thinner tablet than Asus Fonepad Note 6. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a newer 8.1 Oreo version while Asus Fonepad Note 6 has Android 4.4, providing the user some nice extra features and increased performance.

Asus Fonepad Note 6 has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), although it has a lower number of cores (but faster), they both have 2 GB of RAM memory. The Asus Fonepad Note 6 counts with a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a much better 1920 x 1080 resolution and way more pixels per inch of display.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) counts with a much better camera than Asus Fonepad Note 6, although it has a lower video quality and a way less MP resolution camera. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus Fonepad Note 6, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that admits up to 400 GB.
