Comparison review

Huawei MediaPad X2 has a global score of 72.7, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018)'s score of 68.3. The Huawei MediaPad X2 design is noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), even though it was released many years before. Both tablets in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad X2 has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has Android 8.1 Oreo.

Huawei MediaPad X2 has a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater display density and a way better 1920 x 1200 resolution. The Huawei MediaPad X2 features a greater processing power than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a 64-bits processing unit, a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) features a much better camera than Huawei MediaPad X2, although it has a much less megapixels camera and a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) counts with more memory for applications and games than Huawei MediaPad X2, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 400 GB.

The Huawei MediaPad X2's battery life is just as good as the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) one.

Although Huawei MediaPad X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018). So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei MediaPad X2, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), resigning some features and specifications.
