Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is slightly better than LG G Pad F2 8.0, with a 68.3 score against 62.7. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while LG G Pad F2 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat, so it counts with a couple additional features. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) construction is newer than the LG G Pad F2 8.0's, although it's a bit heavier and somewhat thicker.

LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a display that is just as good as the screen in Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), they have a display with the same size, the same screen density and an equal 800 x 1280 pixels resolution. The LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has just 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the LG G Pad F2 8.0 also has a higher number of cores. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) shoots greater videos and photos than LG G Pad F2 8.0. Both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, a 5 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and the same video frame rate.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a very superior battery life than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) costs a lot more money than the LG G Pad F2 8.0, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
