The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, having a score of 61.7 against 60.4. Although the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is a lot older and extremely thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, it's design is still extremely lighter. These devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has the previous 4.1 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has Android 5.0.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has 512 MB lesser RAM, it also counts with 1 more processing cores and an extra GPU. Galaxy Tab A 9.7 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has a quite inferior quantity of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1024 x 768 resolution and a way bigger screen.
