Apple iPad Air is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, having a 77.9 score against 70. Apple iPad Air's body is way thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, although it is heavier and was released 4 years before. The Apple iPad Air comes with iOS 8.x OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The iPad Air counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a lower number of cores and they are also slower and less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional graphics co-processor. IPad Air has a much better screen than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a larger display, a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a better pixels number per inch of screen.
