LG G Pad X 8.0 has a global score of 63.5, which is better than the Galaxy Tab CDMA's global score of 53.9. Both tablets in this review have Android OS, but LG G Pad X 8.0 has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Galaxy Tab CDMA has Android 2.2 version. The LG G Pad X 8.0 is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also somewhat lighter and way thinner than the Galaxy Tab CDMA.
LG G Pad X 8.0 has a superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster) and a greater amount of RAM memory. LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a much better count of pixels per display inch and a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA captures slightly better photographs and videos than LG G Pad X 8.0, although it has a camera in the back with much less megapixels resolution and a lot lower 720x480 video resolution. The LG G Pad X 8.0 has a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has 16 GB internal memory capacity.
LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a 4650mAh battery capacity.
