Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab CDMA, having a general score of 57.6 against 53.9. Both devices we are comparing use Android operating system, but the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Galaxy Tab CDMA has Android 2.2 version, giving some extra features. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's body is much newer, incredibly thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy Tab CDMA.

The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a much better looking display than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a quite bigger screen, a lot better pixels count per inch of display and a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has more internal storage capacity. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has better battery life than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a 5100mAh battery size. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD takes greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a lot higher video definition and a lot more megapixels back facing camera.
