Google Nexus 7 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, with a general score of 57.1 against 56.7. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Google Nexus 7 has a more recent 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 has Android 4.4, providing you a lot of extra features. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Google Nexus 7 is a a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier device than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0.

The Google Nexus 7 counts with just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory and a Quad-Core processing unit, the Google Nexus 7 also has an extra graphics co-processor.

Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 counts with a very superior camera than Google Nexus 7. The Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 features a lot bigger storage to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB.

The Google Nexus 7 features superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because it has 4325mAh of battery capacity.

Google Nexus 7 costs a bit more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
