HTC Jetstream has a score of 63.6, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0's 56.7 overall score. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS, but the HTC Jetstream has an older 3.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 has Android 4.4. HTC Jetstream's body is heavier and noticeably thicker than Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0.

The HTC Jetstream has a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because although it has an inferior number of cores , and they both have 1 GB of RAM, the HTC Jetstream also counts with an additional graphics processor. The HTC Jetstream counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because although it has a little bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a higher 768 x 1280 resolution and a lot bigger screen.

HTC Jetstream has a much bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the HTC Jetstream also has 32 GB internal memory. The HTC Jetstream counts with a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because it has a 7300mAh battery capacity.

HTC Jetstream takes much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because it has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a back facing camera with much more MP.

Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the HTC Jetstream, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, giving up a couple features and specifications.
