The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab, having a 60.8 score against 58.6. These tablets come with Android OS, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has 4.2.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version, offering some additional features. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 design is noticeably newer, much thinner and somewhat lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a lot better processing power than Galaxy Tab, because it has a higher number of faster cores, an extra graphics processor and more RAM memory. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a lot better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab, and although they both have a same size display, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has a much better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and a lot greater count of pixels per inch in the screen.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab features a really longer battery lifetime than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

Even being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is also by far the cheapest one.
