Samsung Galaxy Tab has a general score of 58.6, which is a bit better than Asus VivoTab's general score of 57.5. The Samsung Galaxy Tab is an older and much thicker device than Asus VivoTab, but Samsung made it much lighter anyway. Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 operating system, while Asus VivoTab comes with Windows 8 operating system.

The Asus VivoTab has a superior performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has 1 more processing cores, an additional GPU and a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy Tab counts with a little bit better display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way worse 600 x 1024px resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels count per inch in the display.

The Asus VivoTab features a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. The Asus VivoTab shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a camera in the back with a lot better resolution and a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
