Google Nexus 10 has an overall score of 68.1, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab's general score of 58.6. Google Nexus 10's construction is notably newer and notably thinner, but also extremely heavier than the Galaxy Tab. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 10 has 5.1 version and Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version, so it gives you lots of additional features and performance enhancements.

The Google Nexus 10 has a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a much higher pixel amount per inch in the screen, a way better 1600 x 2560px resolution and a way larger display. The Galaxy Tab and the Google Nexus 10 both feature similar memory capacity to install applications and games, and although the Google Nexus 10 has no slot for an external memory card, they both have exactly the same internal storage.

The Google Nexus 10 features a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a greater number of cores and more RAM. The Google Nexus 10 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy Tab, because it has a way better resolution back-facing camera and a lot higher video quality. Google Nexus 10 has a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a 9000mAh battery capacity.

Google Nexus 10 costs more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
