Google Nexus 7 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab, having a 59.3 score against 58.6. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but Google Nexus 7 has newer 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version, so it provides some additional features.
