Comparison review

HTC Flyer is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab, getting a global score of 58.7 against 58.6. Both tablets in this comparison review include Android operating system, but HTC Flyer has the newer 3.2 version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3. Although it's the best in our current comparison, HTC Flyer's design is a bit heavier and a little bit thicker than the Galaxy Tab.

The HTC Flyer counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Tab. Both of them have a display of the same size, the same exact resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels and the same quantity of pixels per inch in the display. HTC Flyer features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab, and although they both have the same number of cores, the HTC Flyer also has a higher amount of RAM memory and an extra graphics processing unit.

HTC Flyer has a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab. They have the same internal memory capacity. The HTC Flyer counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a way better 1280x720 video quality and a lot more megapixels camera. HTC Flyer's battery duration is very similar to the battery lifetime in Samsung Galaxy Tab.

Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy HTC Flyer, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Tab, letting go some features and specs.
