Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab has a score of 58.6, which is better than the LG Optimus Pad's 50.3 general score. Galaxy Tab is a noticeably lighter portable tablet than LG Optimus Pad, but they have the same thickness. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab has 2.3.3 version while LG Optimus Pad has Android 3.0 version.
The LG Optimus Pad has a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a higher 768 x 1280 resolution and a larger screen. LG Optimus Pad counts with as much storage to install games and applications as Galaxy Tab, and although the LG Optimus Pad has no external memory slot, they both have the same internal memory.
LG Optimus Pad has a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Tab, because it has 1 more 1 gigahertz CPU cores. The Galaxy Tab counts with a way better battery life than LG Optimus Pad. LG Optimus Pad captures just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab, because it has a way more mega pixels camera in the back and a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab costs a little more money than the LG Optimus Pad, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
