The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has an overall score of 78.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1's global score of 73.4. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is better than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, it must be noted that it's also just a bit thicker and noticeably heavier. Both of these devices come with the same Android 4.4 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a slightly better display than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1600 x 2560 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also counts with a little bit better pixel quantity per display inch. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, and although they both have an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has 48 GB more internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, although it has a weaker GPU running at 450 MHz, a lower number of cores and lesser RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because it has a 16% bigger battery capacity.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 captures much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. Both of them have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the same video frame rates and a back-facing camera with an 8 mega pixels.

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is a bit more expensive than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
