Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has an overall score of 78.5, which is just a bit better than Apple iPad Air's 77.9 global score. Although it's the best in this review, Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is an extremely heavier and just a little thicker device than the Apple iPad Air. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has Android 4.4 operating system, and Apple iPad Air comes with iOS 8.x operating system.
The Apple iPad Air counts with a processing unit that is very similar to the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 one, because although the Apple iPad Air has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores and also slower, it also counts with a faster graphics co-processor and a 64-bit processor. The Apple iPad Air features a bit better screen than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has a much smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, it also counts with a little greater pixel count per inch of screen.
Apple iPad Air counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, although it has a much less megapixels back-facing camera and a worse (Full HD) video resolution. IPad Air counts with a little bit more storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has just a bit better battery duration than iPad Air, because it has an 8 percent more battery size.
