Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is much better than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, with a overall score of 75.2 against 62.3. Both tablets in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has newer 4.4.2 version while Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has Android 4.4 version, giving a lot of extra features. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 design is just a bit heavier but just a bit thinner than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a little more vivid display than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has a better pixels density, a higher 2560 x 1600 resolution and a quite bigger screen. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 also has a faster 700 MHz graphics processor and more CPU cores.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has 32 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has longer battery life than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity against 4060mAh.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 takes greater videos and photos than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has a way higher resolution camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is more expensive than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
