Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is much better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, with a 75.2 score against 60.8. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has 4.4.2 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 were only released with a couple months difference, Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's design is just a little heavier but somewhat thinner than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a processing unit that is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 one, they have a 450 megahertz graphics processor, a 2 GB RAM memory and a Quad-Core processing unit. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, although it has a quite smaller screen, a much lower resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a just a bit worse pixel amount per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a much better camera than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a little bit more memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a way better battery lifetime than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 costs a lot more than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
