IPad Air has a global score of 75.7, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch's 73.4 global score. IPad Air has iOS 8.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch comes with Android 5.0 OS. IPad Air is an older, extremely heavier and a lot thicker tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch.
IPad Air counts with a more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processor, 1 more cores (although they are slower) and an extra graphics processing unit.
