The Galaxy Tab S4 has a global score of 78.8, which is a bit better than iPad Air's 77.9 score. The Galaxy Tab S4 is a incredibly newer and just a little bit thinner device than the iPad Air, although it's just a little bit heavier. The iPad Air's processor is very similar to Galaxy Tab S4's processor, because although the iPad Air has 6 lesser and slower cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor and a 64-bits processor.

Apple iPad Air features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Tab S4, although it has a little worse 1536 x 2048 resolution, a bit smaller display and a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen. The Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a lot better camera than iPad Air, because it has a lot larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and videos, a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a way better video quality.

The Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Apple iPad Air, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 400 GB. The iPad Air counts with greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, because it has a 21% bigger battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Tab S4 is a better device, it costs a little more money than iPad Air, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPad Air. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab S4, otherwise you can save some money and buy the iPad Air, resigning some specs and features.
