Galaxy Tab S7 is better than Apple iPad Air, with an 86.6 score against 77.9. The Galaxy Tab S7 body is much newer and thinner than the Apple iPad Air's, although it's also a bit heavier. The Galaxy Tab S7 has Android 11 OS, while Apple iPad Air has iOS 8.x OS. The iPad Air counts with a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, although it has a bit lower 1536 x 2048 resolution, a bit worse pixel number in each inch of screen and a bit smaller display.
The Galaxy Tab S7 counts with just a little better processing power than iPad Air, because although it has a 32-bit CPU instead of 64-bits and doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores. Galaxy Tab S7 features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Apple iPad Air, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab S7 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
The iPad Air features just a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, because it has a 10% bigger battery capacity. Galaxy Tab S7 and iPad Air both feature quite similar cameras, although the iPad Air has a camera in the back with way less mega-pixels and a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low light captures.
Although Galaxy Tab S7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Apple iPad Air, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Apple iPad Air. If you want to save some money, you can get Apple iPad Air, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
