Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is slightly better than iPad 3, getting a 76.7 score against 71.1. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 design is notably newer, incredibly lighter and much thinner than iPad 3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 comes with Android 13 operating system, while iPad 3 has iOS 6.1 operating system. The Apple iPad 3 has a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a little lower 1536 x 2048 resolution, a quite smaller display and a quite lower display pixel density.
The Apple iPad 3 features a lot better processing power than Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although faster). Galaxy Tab S8 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than iPad 3, because it has 128 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
The Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a slightly better camera than iPad 3, because it has a lot better (4K) video resolution and a lot higher resolution back camera. The Apple iPad 3 has a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, because it has 11560mAh of battery capacity against 8000mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the iPad 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPad 3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the iPad 3, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
