Google Pixel Slate is a bit better than Galaxy Tab S8, getting a 79.3 score against 76.7. The Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS operating system, and Galaxy Tab S8 counts with Android 13 operating system. The Google Pixel Slate is a older, heavier and thicker tablet device than Galaxy Tab S8.

Google Pixel Slate features a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab S8, because it has a better resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels, a just a bit higher amount of pixels per display inch and a quite bigger display. The Google Pixel Slate features a really superior performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with more RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features more storage for games and applications than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The Google Pixel Slate counts with a camera that's just as good as Samsung Galaxy Tab S8's camera, although the Google Pixel Slate has a lot worse (Full HD) video definition and a back facing camera with way less mega-pixels.

The Galaxy Tab S8 has a way better battery duration than Google Pixel Slate.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, giving up some features and specifications.
