Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S8 is much better than the Galaxy Tab, with a global score of 76.7 against 58.6. Galaxy Tab S8's construction is notably newer and thinner than Galaxy Tab's, although it is noticeably heavier. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab S8 has older 13 version and Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a much bigger display, a much higher pixels amount per screen inch and a much higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px. Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy Tab has a superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has 7,5 GB less RAM memory and a lower number of cores. The Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Tab, because it has a much better (4K) video resolution and a way more MP back camera. Galaxy Tab S8 has a way better battery performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has a 100% more battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab, giving up a couple specifications.
