HTC Flyer is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, with a 58.7 score against 56.4. Both tablets in this review have Android operating system, but the HTC Flyer has a newer 3.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi has Android 2.2 version. HTC Flyer is a just a little bit heavier and just a bit thicker tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi.
The Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi features just a bit better looking screen than HTC Flyer. Both have a better pixel quantity per inch in the screen, a display of the same size and the same exact resolution of 600 x 1024. The HTC Flyer counts with a little better performance than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, and although they both have a Single-Core processor, the HTC Flyer also has a higher amount of RAM and a GPU.
HTC Flyer counts with a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 32 GB, the HTC Flyer also has 32 GB internal memory. HTC Flyer has a lot better camera than Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, and although they both have the same (HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the HTC Flyer also has a back facing camera with a much higher 5 megapixels resolution.
The HTC Flyer's battery performance is very similar to the battery life in Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi.
Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it costs more than the Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the HTC Flyer, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi, resigning a couple specs and features.
