Comparison review

The Asus VivoTab is just a bit better than the Sony Tablet P, having a 57.5 score against 55.7. Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 OS, while Sony Tablet P counts with Android 4.0.3 OS. Asus VivoTab's design is newer and much thinner than Sony Tablet P's, although it is incredibly heavier. Asus VivoTab has a quite superior hardware performance than Sony Tablet P, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Asus VivoTab also has an additional graphics processor and a greater amount of RAM memory.

Sony Tablet P features a bit more vivid screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way smaller display and a way worse resolution of 480 x 1024px, it also counts with a much higher display density. Asus VivoTab has a much bigger memory for apps and games than Sony Tablet P, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.

Asus VivoTab counts with a little bit better camera than Sony Tablet P, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with lot more megapixels. The Sony Tablet P features a way better battery duration than Asus VivoTab.

Although Asus VivoTab is a better device, it costs more than the Sony Tablet P, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Tablet P. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Asus VivoTab, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Sony Tablet P, resigning a couple specs and features.
