LG G Pad 8.0 is a bit better than Sony Tablet P, having a 58.6 score against 55.7. LG G Pad 8.0's construction is extremely thinner and a little lighter than Sony Tablet P. Both tablets we are comparing work with Android operating system, but LG G Pad 8.0 has a more recent 5.0 version while Sony Tablet P has Android 4.0.3.

The LG G Pad 8.0 features a bit better processing power than Sony Tablet P, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a graphics co-processor and a higher number of cores. LG G Pad 8.0 features a bit better looking display than Sony Tablet P, because although it has a just a bit lower display pixel density, it also counts with a much larger screen and a much better resolution of 1280 x 800px.

The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a little bit better camera than Sony Tablet P, and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a way better video quality. The LG G Pad 8.0 has a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Sony Tablet P, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 64 GB and 12 GB more internal memory.

LG G Pad 8.0 features a really longer battery performance than Sony Tablet P, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3080mAh.
