Comparison review

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a general score of 75.2, which is way better than the Sony Tablet P's overall score of 55.7. Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's design is much newer, incredibly thinner and just a little lighter than the Sony Tablet P. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Sony Tablet P has Android 4.0.3 version, so it offers a couple additional features and performance enhancements.

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a much powerful processing unit than Sony Tablet P, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory, an additional graphics processing unit and a greater number of cores (and also faster). The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a way better display than Sony Tablet P, because it has a way higher pixels count per screen inch, a way better resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a really bigger display.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a much greater storage to store more apps and games than Sony Tablet P, because it has more internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a way better battery life than Sony Tablet P, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 takes greater videos and photos than Sony Tablet P, because it has a back facing camera with a way higher 8 mega pixels resolution and a much higher (Full HD) video definition.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is way more expensive than the Sony Tablet P, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
