Comparison review
Apple iPad Air is much better than the Xperia Z2 Tablet, having a score of 77.9 against 69.8. Apple iPad Air works with iOS 8.x operating system, while Xperia Z2 Tablet comes with Android 4.4.4 operating system. Even being the best in this review, the Apple iPad Air is a just a bit heavier and thicker portable tablet than Xperia Z2 Tablet.
Apple iPad Air counts with a bit more vivid display than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better quantity of pixels in each display inch and a little higher 1536 x 2048px resolution. The Xperia Z2 Tablet and the iPad Air both feature really similar processors, because although the iPad Air has an inferior number of cores and also slower and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a much better graphics co-processor and a 64-bits CPU.
The Apple iPad Air has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia Z2 Tablet, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Apple iPad Air has a superior battery performance than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, because it has 8820mAh of battery capacity.
The iPad Air features a very superior camera than Xperia Z2 Tablet, although it has a back facing camera with a way lower 5 megapixels resolution and a lower 1920x1080 video quality.
IPad Air costs a little more money than Xperia Z2 Tablet, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
