Comparison review
IPad Air 2 is a lot better than the Toshiba Encore, getting a 74.2 score against 56.2. The iPad Air 2 is a a little bit lighter and incredibly thinner tablet device than the Toshiba Encore. The iPad Air 2 comes with iOS 8.x operating system, and Toshiba Encore comes with Windows 8.1 operating system.
The iPad Air 2 counts with a little more vivid display than Toshiba Encore, because it has a bigger screen, a much better resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and a greater display pixel density. IPad Air 2 features a bit faster processor than Toshiba Encore, because although it has a lower number of cores, and they both have a 2 GB RAM, the iPad Air 2 also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
Toshiba Encore features a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Apple iPad Air 2, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity. The iPad Air 2 features a way better camera than Toshiba Encore. Both have a 8 megapixels camera in the back. The Apple iPad Air 2 features a much longer battery life than Toshiba Encore.
Even being the best tablet in our comparison, Apple iPad Air 2 is also cheaper, which makes it a very good choice.
