The Asus Fonepad Note 6 is a little bit better than the Toshiba Encore, having a 58.7 score against 56.2. The Asus Fonepad Note 6 counts with Android 4.4 OS, and Toshiba Encore comes with Windows 8.1 OS. The Asus Fonepad Note 6 is a lighter and a bit thinner tablet than the Toshiba Encore. Toshiba Encore features a little faster processing unit than Asus Fonepad Note 6, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Toshiba Encore also has more cpu cores.

Asus Fonepad Note 6 costs a little more than the Toshiba Encore, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
