Comparison review
The HTC Flyer has an overall score of 58.7, which is slightly better than Toshiba Encore's general score of 56.2. HTC Flyer comes with Android 3.2 operating system, while Toshiba Encore works with Windows 8.1 operating system. HTC Flyer is a just a little bit lighter but thicker portable tablet than the Toshiba Encore.
The Toshiba Encore features a much better looking screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a better 800 x 1280 resolution, a just a bit greater number of pixels in each inch of screen and a little bigger display. The HTC Flyer counts with a superior memory capacity for apps and games than Toshiba Encore. Both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory.
Toshiba Encore counts with a little faster processor than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and more RAM. The HTC Flyer features a much longer battery duration than Toshiba Encore. HTC Flyer captures a little bit better videos and photos than Toshiba Encore, although it has a way worse resolution camera in the back.
The HTC Flyer costs a little more money than Toshiba Encore, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
