The iPad mini 2 has a global score of 77.2, which is a lot better than the Toshiba Excite 13's 55.4 overall score. IPad mini 2 has iOS 8.x OS, while Toshiba Excite 13 counts with Android 4.0 OS. The iPad mini 2 body is newer, much thinner and incredibly lighter than the Toshiba Excite 13. IPad mini 2 has a lot better display than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels.
