Comparison review
The Asus VivoTab Smart is just a bit better than Toshiba Excite 13, with a 58.7 score against 55.4. The Asus VivoTab Smart design is noticeably lighter and just a little thinner than the Toshiba Excite 13. The Asus VivoTab Smart counts with Windows 8 OS, while Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0 OS. Toshiba Excite 13 counts with just a bit better looking display than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a much bigger screen and a bit higher 900 x 1600 pixels resolution.
Asus VivoTab Smart's memory capacity for apps and games is just as good as Toshiba Excite 13's one, and although the Asus VivoTab Smart has no slot for SD memory cards, they both have equal internal storage. Asus VivoTab Smart counts with just a bit better processing power than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory and an extra graphics processor.
The Asus VivoTab Smart's battery lifetime is very similar to the battery lifetime in Toshiba Excite 13. Asus VivoTab Smart takes a lot better pictures and videos than Toshiba Excite 13, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has a camera with lot more mega-pixels.
The Asus VivoTab Smart not only is the best tablets between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest one, making it an obvious call.
