Dell Venue 8 Pro is just a bit better than Toshiba Excite 13, with a 59.6 score against 55.4. The Dell Venue 8 Pro works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Toshiba Excite 13 works with Android 4.0 OS. Dell Venue 8 Pro is a lighter and somewhat thinner portable tablet than Toshiba Excite 13. The Dell Venue 8 Pro features just a bit better performance than Toshiba Excite 13, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Dell Venue 8 Pro also has more RAM.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro counts with a bit more vivid display than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has a lot smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 800 x 1280px, it also counts with a better screen pixels density.
