Comparison review

The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a global score of 60.6, which is just a bit better than the Toshiba Excite 13's score of 55.4. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 is a thinner and much lighter portable tablet than the Toshiba Excite 13, even when both were released with only a couple months difference. Both of these devices include the same Android 4.0 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.

Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a slightly better looking display than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has a much smaller display and a quite lower 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a better screen pixels density. The Toshiba Excite 13 features a bit superior processing unit than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Toshiba Excite 13 also counts with a larger number of cores (and also faster).

The Toshiba Excite 13 features a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has 48 GB more internal memory capacity. Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has a much better battery life than Toshiba Excite 13. The Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 takes better photos and videos than Toshiba Excite 13. Both have the same (HD) video quality, a camera in the back with a 5 megapixels resolution and the same video frame rates.
