Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a general score of 75.8, which is way better than Toshiba Excite 13's global score of 55.4. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has 4.4.2 version while Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014)'s construction is newer, notably thinner and noticeably lighter than Toshiba Excite 13.
