Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab has a global score of 58.6, which is a little bit better than the Toshiba Excite 13's overall score of 55.4. The Samsung Galaxy Tab construction is lighter than the Toshiba Excite 13, but it is thicker and was released around 20 months before. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab has 2.3.3 version and Toshiba Excite 13 has Android 4.0.
