Comparison review
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 is much better than Toshiba Excite 7.7, with a score of 62.3 against 54.2. Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 is a lighter and a little thinner tablet device than Toshiba Excite 7.7. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has the newer 4.4 version while Toshiba Excite 7.7 has Android 4.0.
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a better display than Toshiba Excite 7.7, because it has a bit larger display, a better amount of pixels per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The Toshiba Excite 7.7 features a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a superior performance than Toshiba Excite 7.7, because it has a higher number of cores , an additional graphics processor and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a really longer battery life than Toshiba Excite 7.7. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's camera is very similar to the camera in Toshiba Excite 7.7, both of them have a 5 MP back facing camera.
In addition to being the best tablet in our comparison, Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 is also by far the cheapest one.
