The iPad 4 is way better than Toshiba Excite 7.7, getting a general score of 70.8 against 54.2. The iPad 4 construction is somewhat thicker and incredibly heavier than the Toshiba Excite 7.7. IPad 4 works with iOS 7.x operating system, and Toshiba Excite 7.7 comes with Android 4.0 operating system.
